Terms of Service
By playing Rythix 2048 (the "Game"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. License to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play Rythix 2048 for your own non-commercial entertainment.
2. Intellectual property
The Game, including its code, the Rythix brand, artwork, and the procedurally generated music engine and output, is owned by Crealize LLC and protected by law. The music is produced by our own original procedural engine — it does not use third-party samples, loops, or songs.
3. Fair play
- Do not cheat, automate, or submit falsified scores to leaderboards.
- Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Game except as permitted by law.
- Choose nicknames that are not offensive or impersonating; we may remove submissions that violate this.
4. Purchases (app versions)
Optional purchases in the iOS/Android app are processed by the App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat, subject to their terms. Refunds are handled by the respective store. The free experience is fully playable without purchase.
5. Disclaimer & liability
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crealize LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued play after changes constitutes acceptance.
